Hi there, I'm Berhane Wheeler, a software engineer, studying Computer Science and Business Administration at Berea College. I am profoundly passionate about edu-tech and game development.
I have released one mobile game, Purse Pursuit in May 2024 available on the Playstore and Appstore with 200+ downloads. Furthermore, I believe in the power of education and it's ability to transform lives, leading to the launch of my YouTube Channel, Konita Tutorials which I later renamed to Konita. My YouTube channel, Konita, where I share programming tutorials. So far my impact has been 425,000+ views and 2100+ subscribers. I use JavaScript, Python, C#, and Scratch during my tutorials and development vlogs.
I am well-versed in programming concepts and languages. My main programming languages of choice are C# and Python, but I am more than capable of adapting and applying these skills to new programming languages.
Aside from the projects I previously mentioned I've worked on freelance software development, I worked as a Computer Science Teaching Assistant. I am a member of the Color Stack Community, and I participated in HackPrinceton '24 and won Best Financial Hack (CapitalOne).
Moving forward, I am seeking a Software Engineering Internship to build hands-on experience in the field.
